Ruby’s Heart, a 501c3 nonprofit, has over 10 years of serving children, parents, elderly people, economically disadvantaged adults and families, and families with low resources or in crisis due to the economic conditions. Ruby’s Heart is inspired by the Gospel to provide free primary healthcare services to Polk and Burnett County residents with low resources. This includes both the uninsured and the underinsured. Our mission is to serve the whole community, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity.
Currently our Health and Wellness Clinic, located in the Ruby’s Retreat Center in in Luck, provides free medical and social services that promote dignity in the people being served.
We are in the process of establishing a free Dental Clinic that will provide dental care services which will include everything but orthodontia:
- Check-Ups
- Cleaning
- Cavities
- Root Canals
- Extractions
We need your professional help in getting the dental clinic established and are looking for Dentist, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants interested in providing treatment. Even volunteering once a year would be a help to our clinic. We are also in great need of any dental products or instruments your clinic may be able to donate. Since Ruby’s Heart is a not-for-profit clinic any, items donated should be tax deductible.
